What is Escape Again Rooms?
Escape Again is a real-life adventure game. Our games place teams in unique settings and require the teams to escape in 60-90 minutes, depending on the room. Teams must work together to find clues to solve a series of puzzles using elements found in the room.
Are we really locked in the room?
No. Due to safety concerns, the doors are always unlocked and you may step out at any time.
How do I reschedule?
If you need to reschedule, please call us as soon as possible. We will do our best to move you to a different date and time based on availability.
What if I need to cancel?
Please notify the store at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your reservation so we have adequate time to fill the slot.
Refunds will not be issued if your booking needs to be cancelled less than 24 hours before your booking, but you will receive a
credit for the amount you paid that can be used for future bookings.

What if someone from my party cancels?
Don't worry, we can always adjust the player count on the day of the event. We will only charge you for the number of players that are participating on the day of your game, however. You must have a minimum of 2 players to play any of our three experiences.
How much does it cost?
Our rooms are ALWAYS PRIVATE GAMES, so you will never be paired with people outside of your group. To achieve this we offer tiered pricing.

Wizards Tale can accommodate 2-8 Players (90 min)
2-4 Players = $40 per person
5-6 Players = $38 per person
7-8 Players = $36 per person

Outlaw's Hideout can accommodate 2-8 Players (60 min)
2-4 Players = $38 per person
5-6 Players = $36 per person
7-8 Players = $34 per person

Does your location have a party room?
Unfortunately we do not have a party room for snacks and drinks. If you are joining us for a birthday party, your team will only play the escape room with us.
Do you have any promotions?
We have promotions we run every Wednesday and Thursday. Click HERE to see more details. All of our active promotions will always be available on our website or social media pages. We do not run promotions through external sites such as Groupon or LivingSocial.
We want to make a booking outside of normal hours?
We do set up appointments outside of our normally scheduled hours as long as we have the staff to cover the requested date and time. You can call us at 346-493-1278 or email us at info@escapeagainrooms.com to set up a special booking time. The total cost of the room will be required at the time the booking is created and is refundable up to 24 hours until the time of the game.
Will I have to sign a Waiver?
Yes, everyone going into any of our rooms must have a completed waiver filled out before entering including children 5 and under.
When should we arrive?
Your team must arrive 15 minutes prior to your reserved time slot. This allows time for check-in, filling out waivers, and going over the rules. This also helps to account for parking and traffic which can be unpredictable on Highway 6. Your time starts at the time of the booking. If you anticipate being late, please call us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you and your team.
If we are late, can we still play?
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but cannot guarantee you will get to play the full length of the room. Depending on time of arrival we may suggest rescheduling the room. Refunds will not be given in the event you arrive late and decline rescheduling.
What if I forget about my booking?
Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
Are your games wheelchair accessible?
-William's Trail Hike is completely accessible with a wheelchair.

-Wizards Tale has one step which we have an alternate path for guest in wheelchairs.

-Outlaw's Hideout has one step and a small staircase that requires one player to climb up.
Will we be paired with other groups?
We believe your experience should be your experience. You will never be booked with other groups, and your game will always be PRIVATE!
Are your rooms scary?
Our rooms are not intended to be scary. There may be a few loud noises and some dark areas which may be a little too intense for our younger escape gurus, but they are not scary rooms.
Can my kids play without me?
If your group is 13 and under, there must be a one adult to accompany them into the room.
What is the deposit when booking?
A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your time slot for you and your party. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your booking on the day of the event. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or if you fail to show up for your game.
